It was a windy Wyoming Day in September when STRIDE had their Ground Breaking Ceremony.
In October the tractors came and began clearing the ground for our new Building.
We had to move the Shed on the North side of the existing building to the South side of the existing building so we would have easy access to the entrance of the new building.
In December the heavy equipment showed up and the outsides of the new building started to take shape.
The heat ducts were one of the first things done on the inside of our new building.
Denise is practicing her hand washing at "what will be" the sink in her office.
The building really started to take shape when all the wall studs were in place.
The sheet rock went up and the mudding and taping began.
The walkway connecting the two buildings looks a little breezy right now, but once the walls are up it will be warm in the winter time.
Right now it doesn't look like there is much room for any desks, but it will get better.
Maricruz saved all of her pennies and when her piggy bank was full she donated her savings to STRIDE's Building Expansion Fund.
